Bev is an enthusiastic participant in life. She has a deep interest in people and how they manage the challenges that life presents them. Applying the deep awareness of the lessons learnt from her own personal experiences she has an intense passion to enable others to make successful transitions along their life journeys.
She has a driven achievement orientated personality infused with genuine compassion for fellow travellers. Her part time work as a Professional Registered Counsellor (Wellness) testifies.
Runs workshops on Goal setting for individuals of all age groups (encouraging individuals to connect with their true potential)
Her experiences in the field of Human Resource management and as a Branch Manager have enabled her to exercise her leadership skills and made her into a formidable organiser and planner, with a constant awareness of the role that individuals play within the grander scheme of organisations. These qualities have made here the ideal person to operate a human development and enhancement company with the focus on both group and individual needs.
Her experience in the corporate environment together with her studies gave birth to the ‘Next Step’ programme – the management of the transition from work to the new life-stage retirement. However Bev is not a retirement financial specialist by a specialist in the emotional and psychological aspects of retirement.
Bev is an avid reader, an experimental cook and really enjoys her indigenous garden and growing vegetables. She believes in keeping fit and does this by running, swimming and hiking. Oil painting has become one of her favourite pastimes.

Malcolm is a student of life, philosophy and practical spirituality within the context of active daily living. He was a Methodist Minister for a few years but has spent most of his life as a Mechanical Engineer and gained valuable experience working with people in a management role.
Teaching and helping people gain knowledge is his prime passion and this has led to a new career in the past five years presenting workshops on numerous topics in the context of personal development and lifelong learning.
Presenting workshops and facilitating interaction between people has become Malcolm’s vocation. He has a relaxed and humorous style of working and works across a broad range of topics and levels of understanding. In addition to the ‘Next Step’ programme, he is currently involved in part time work with a textile company as their factory engineer and participates in training programmes related to engineering and lean production. Retirement, change, transition and planning are areas of great interest to him. He is not a retirement financial specialist but has competency in the area of the emotional and spiritual aspects of the transition into retirement. Retirement, change, transition and practical planning, which all have an emotional and psychological component, are areas of ongoing interest to him.
Malcolm is married and has three sons who live and work in London. He enjoys reading a great deal, playing the guitar and providing the necessary engineering skills around the house. To keep fit he walks and swims. He loves to travel to new and interesting places whenever he can. He is now enjoying the magical experience of being a grandfather.
